This place serves great wholesome food and staff are friendly. Prices are reasonable as well. Would go back again! Chowder was lovely and served in the bread just like Boston!

THE PASSION FOR THE PERFECT TASTE
Established in 1867 by the Baxter family, The Traveller’s Inn, Milford has long been known as the home of good food, where the locals love to eat.
We are proud to continue this strong heritage by providing one of the best traditional Irish pub experiences in the north-west. Service and quality are at the heart of everything we do and we work closely with local suppliers and artisan food producers.
We want to share everything that is good about Donegal and Irish hospitality. That includes a warm welcome, excellent food, friendly service and exceptional value.

Whether you’re looking for a tasty bar snack or full menu, you will find plenty to tempt you with a large selection of local seafood, matured meat and fresh poultry dishes on offer. Savour the best of The Wild Atlantic Way in our relaxed and traditional atmosphere and be assured of a warm welcome and a guaranteed culinary experience with freshness, excellence and customer satisfaction at its core.
The Traveller’s Inn is ideally located in the heart of Milford, County Donegal, just 15 minutes from Letterkenny. Whether you’re on an adventure to explore Donegal’s championship golf courses, best surfing waves or blue flag beaches call in and tell us your story, meet the locals and delight your senses with our mouth watering menu.
Sample a taste of history with our house beer, ‘Baxters 1867’. Brewed by local brewery, Kinnegar Brewing, (in honour of the Baxter family), this delicious craft beer is based on an American pale ale style in recognition of Samuel Alexander Baxter, who fought with the North in the American Civil War.
FROM CUSTOMERS & FRIENDS
We visited The Traveller’s Inn for a drink with family while visiting the area and we caught the local musicians jamming on a Wednesday night! The music was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Definitely visit this pub!
